The Pet Obsessor Limited – Returns Policy
At The Pet Obsessor, we want you (and your pet) to be completely happy with your purchase. If something’s not right, we’re here to help.
1. Returns Window
You can return most items within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a resalable condition.

Proof of purchase (e.g. order number, receipt) must be provided.

Perishable goods, personalised items, and opened pet food or treats are non-returnable unless faulty.
3. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item is damaged or defective:

Please contact us at enquiry@thepetobsessor.co.uk within 7 days of receipt.

Include a photo of the damage or fault where possible.

We will offer a replacement, refund, or credit as appropriate.
4. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return:

Email us at enquiry@thepetobsessor.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

We will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.

Package the item securely and send it back to the address provided.
5. Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 working days of receiving the returned item.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the item is faulty or sent in error.
6. Exchanges
Need a different size or product? Contact us at enquiry@thepetobsessor.co.uk to arrange an exchange. Exchanges are processed once the original item is received.
