1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship within:

United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland)

International shipping is available to selected countries – see checkout for availability.
If your location is not listed at checkout and you’d like to place an order, please contact us at enquiry@thepetobsessor.co.uk.
2. Shipping Times & Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

We aim to dispatch all in-stock items within 1–2 working days of receiving your order.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

3. Shipping Costs

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe:

6. International Deliveries & Customs
For orders outside the UK:

7. Undeliverable Packages
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or missed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional charges may apply).
