Best run companions ever 🏃🏻♀️🐕

Today we went for a lovely run in our local woods. Safe to say Sully is by far the fastest of the 2 of us. It’s a blessing he stops every 2 meters for a wee, it’s the only reason I can keep up. This run was relatively uneventful, although can’t say the same for previous runs. Being wiped out, shouting at fast people on bikes and getting dragged along after birds has been witnessed.

Despite this, they are a joy to run with and I genuinely think they fuel our own run. Best thing too is you need nothing, so put on some shoes, grab their lead and run along with them. You can invest in some fancy bungie lead when you are addicted!!
